Lose the “t”

You may have heard yourself say it once or twice. Maybe a lot.

I can’t do that. I can’t be brave. I can’t manage it. I can’t make it. I can’t be there. I can’t say something.

There may be a range of elaborate excuses that follow. It’s because….well you know.

Then one day you wake up and boom you decide to TRY. Time to Reinvent Yourself…..

Get out of the passenger seat. Step up.

You are not between a rock and a hard place. There will be twists and turns, but it’s just time to lose the “t”. So now we try it again. Yes, I can do that. Yes, I can be brave. Yes, I can manage it (even though it terrifies me and is a stretch). Yes, I can make it. Yes, I can be there. Yes, I can say something.

What a difference a little “t” has. Lose it and go forward.

Be audacious, bold, brave, present. Be you … without the “t”.

It used to be I can’t and I won’t, and now it’s “I can, and I won!”

Just a minute now.

Let’s go.
