Life has no remote. You simply have to get up and change it yourself.

It’s a hard truth, but that’s it. No one is going to do it for you.

If you don’t like the way something is going you will have to pivot, evolve, transform, grow or run. It’s unlikely that “the thing” is going to change all by itself.

Sadly there is no magic wand for change. Unless, of course, we have our rose coloured glasses on again.

Are you feeling stagnant or stuck? If you change nothing, nothing will change.

You may continue to resist, ignore, pretend and hope but eventually, you may just have to get with the program and change direction. Baby steps, OK?

Don’t expect anyone to change with you unless you are prepared to lead by doing. Without this, you will become the equivalent of corporate wallpaper….all talk and no action.

Revise, switch and shift. Do you need a modification or an innovation?

It’s said that change can be hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous in the end.
