Capable

I know you are very capable. You’ve proved this time and again with your expert juggling, sliding into base with precision, dropping off just on time and you’ve even been there to pick up when the pieces scattered.

You have been a superstar with cupcakes, birthday wishes on time and remembered all those important dates.

You have even managed to sew, blow dry and fix as required. Boy, sometimes you have cooked, cleaned to white glove standards and sorted like a professional (just prior to visitors arriving I know).

Remembering all the cousins, Aunties, Uncles and Grandparents special requirements, tick. Yes even watering for the neighbours and bringing in the mail on occasion.

Not to mention work where you have inspired, motivated others and nailed that big project.

The truth is – capable – is probably your middle name most days.

Do you see others in the same way? When you hold others in your mind as capable and resourceful you will be able to take a break.

Think about it for a minute. Why not get off the bridge – let them do it themselves today.

Let’s Go.

Just a minute now …

Wonderful – you have nailed this. And when we don’t see others as capable and let them do it for themselves, we do them a disservice too.
