Get Moving

We all know where we stand on the scale of couch potato to elite athlete. You may pretend not to but you know.

So this minute is yours to move it and shake it.

If you’re new to this exercise business (where have you been hiding?) let’s go.

Beginners wiggle your toes, flex and point those feet gently. Bend your knees. Shake your hands. They all need to move.

If you do get up and out a bit try a homemade dance, flail those arms around, do some sit-ups, lunges, squats. You know where this is going. Move it!

It’s only a minute, so get your wiggle on. Music is optional but recommended.
